Research Line 1: Teacher Training, Intervention, and Professional Practice
This research line encompasses studies related to continuing education and teacher professionalism in the context of school Physical Education, considered a discipline within the area of Languages across the various stages of Basic Education. It also includes research on the possibilities and limitations involved in the phases of planning, implementation, and evaluation of continuing and collaborative training proposals among teachers of the discipline and with other teachers of the various curricular components of Basic Education.
Research Line 2: Methodological Approaches and Teaching-Learning Processes
This research line focuses on studies of methodological approaches and their potential for teaching and learning in school Physical Education, a curricular component within the area of Languages in Basic Education. It includes research on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curricular proposals, teaching materials, innovative pedagogical interventions, and assessment instruments in the discipline, related to bodily practices and transversal themes associated with them.
